This blend is especially beneficial during the follicular and ovulation phases, when hormones are rising, the body is primed for renewal, and the skin is at its most vibrant. Drinking Inner Glow during these phases supports the liver’s ability to metabolize estrogen efficiently, helping to prevent hormonal breakouts, pigmentation, and inflammation while promoting a fresh, youthful complexion.

Recommended use: Add 1/2 tablespoon of loose herbs per 8 ounces of water to a reusable tea bag, strainer or diffuser and steep at 200°F for 10 minutes. My favorite way to prepare is adding the herbs to a carafe, boil water and pour over. Let it steep, then strain and cool to about room temperature before placing in the fridge and having cups ready to go!

Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale) - also supports liver detoxification; contains beta-carotene and polyphenols that help combat oxidative stress, reducing skin damage and melasma triggers.
Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum) - high in eugenol(anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial) and rosmarinic acid(a natural polyphenol that has anti-inflammatory &antioxidant benefits), helping to fight oxidative damage and inflammation.
