Taste: Light taste from the Nettle & Raspberry Leaf - A little spice from the Ginger - Sweetness from the Cinnamon

Recommended use: Add 1 tablespoon of loose herbs per 8 ounces of water to a reusable tea bag, strainer or diffuser and steep at 195°F for 7-10 minutes. My favorite way to prepare is adding the herbs to a carafe (about 4 servings worth), boil water and pour over. Let it steep and cool to about room temperature before placing in the fridge and having cups ready to go!

Start the blend about 2 days before menstruation and during.

You can have up to 2 cups a day if you feel it’s needed!
